When can I apply to receive a commission advance?

Will Flexicom distribute or sell my personal information?
Absolutely not. We respect your privacy. -
How much of my commission can I receive?
We leave that decision to the discretion of your agency| brokerage firm, however our maximum is $15,000* per transaction. -
Can I access more than one commission advance at a time?
Yes, we can allocate up to $50,000* of your total net commission by broker. -
How many days before the closing date am I able to ask for an advance?
You can apply within 210 days of the closing date. -
How will Flexicom deliver the funds to my agency| brokerage firm’s account?
Delivery of funds can happen in 1 of 2 ways: by cheque or by electronic bank transfer. -
What supporting documentation do I need to supply in order to receive a commission advance?
1. The promise to purchase and all appendices
2. The final bank approval form for the buyers
3. The ‘Sold’ MLS form
4. The transaction registration from your agency| brokerage firm -
Will I need to sign anything?
Yes. A contract must be signed by you and an authorized person at your agency| brokerage firm. -
What happens if my sale doesn’t close?
You can pay with a future transaction or make arrangements with us. -
